Responsibilities
- Providing individualized patient care using the nursing process
- Developing and documenting care plans based on assessments and diagnoses
- Responding to life-threatening situations with appropriate interventions
- Administering medications, including IV therapy, accurately
- Educating patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
- Collaborating with healthcare team members for comprehensive care
- Maintaining a safe environment and adhering to infection control protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nursing license
- BLS certification (must be obtained within 1 month of hire)
- ACLS certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
