Med Surg Registered Nurse - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical-Surgical unit to provide compassionate patient care utilizing the nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Providing patient care while maintaining professional accountability and ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by direct care staff.
• Coordinating patient care across departments to optimize outcomes.
• Performing duties consistent with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license within the state or valid compact license.
• Completion of hospital and nursing competencies, in-services, and relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS).
