Med Surg Nurse or LPN - Day or Night Shifts

About the role

Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Evaluate the effectiveness of care delivered by team members and coordinate patient care across departments. Maintain professional accountability and adhere to the organization’s mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care and support patient recovery.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, walking, and other physical tasks.
