About the role
Provide patient care using the nursing process, ensuring patient rights, confidentiality, and professional accountability.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate care effectiveness
- Coordinate patient care with other departments
- Maintain standards aligned with mission and values
- Support diverse medical needs of adult patients with conditions such as respiratory infections and gastrointestinal issues
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure
- BLS certification
- Preferred: hospital experience
- Prior experience or additional certifications are advantageous
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk extensively
- Ability to perform various physical movements necessary for nursing duties
