About the role

The CNA provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the RN, LPN. The CNA assists in patient care, anticipating and proactively addressing patient and family needs. The CNA individualizes and modifies care based on the patient's needs. The CNA collaborates with other healthcare team members to enhance the provision of patient care.
