We are seeking Spanish speaking, motivated Appointment Setters/Customer Service Representatives to help convert warm leads into consultations. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)
- Handle inbound inquiries
- Ask discovery questions and build rapport
- Educate prospects on our services
- Book same-day or next-day consultations
- Overcome objections confidently and professionally
- Maintain strong show rates
- Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.
Requirements
- Outbound call center experience preferred
- Comfortable in high-volume dialing
- Strong communication skills
- Persuasive but professional
- Self-motivated and goal-driven

Pay
$15–$19/hour based on experience and qualifications, plus performance bonuses. Stable Hourly base pay + performance bonuses Bonus earned for every consultation that arrives Uncapped earning potential for top performers.
Schedule
Full-Time AM Evening availability required Weekend availability required 5 days a week, every other Saturday
