About the role

This role involves administering medications and treatments safely and accurately, following the Six Rights of Medication Administration, and documenting all actions in real time.

Responsibilities

• Observing residents during and after medication passes
• Monitoring symptoms and reporting concerns promptly
• Maintaining organized medication carts while adhering to infection control standards
• Promoting early detection of health changes and preventing medication errors
• Ensuring resident safety through attention to detail and compliance

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Medication administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong communication skills
• Senior care experience is preferred
