Tea Retirement Living is seeking a motivated and highly organized Medication Aide in Tea, SD.
About the role
This position requires a good work ethic to establish trust and build excellent rapport with residents and their families.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with medication management
- Support daily living activities
- Ensure safety and comfort of residents
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license (if required for transportation)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
