About The Role

The Mechatronics and Robotics Apprenticeship program offers an extensive paid training in the Maintenance Technical field. Participants gain valuable skills through a combination of 9 weeks of classroom instruction and on-the-job learning, preparing them to join our account for a world-class leader as a Maintenance or Controls Technician.

Responsibilities

• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all material handling equipment, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to material handling equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.

Pay

The maximum salary for the Mechatronics Apprentice position is $45,032 annually or $21.65 per hour. Compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
