Mechatronic Apprentice

About the role

The Mechatronics and Robotics Apprenticeship program offers an extensive paid training in the Maintenance Technical field. Participants seek an exciting career as a Maintenance or Controls Technician, gaining valuable skills through a combination of 9 weeks of classroom instruction and on-the-job learning.

Responsibilities

• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all material handling equipment, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

Pay

The minimum salary for the position is $40,560 annually [or $19.50 per hour] and the maximum salary for the position is $60,216 annually [or $28.95 per hour].
