Mechanical Technician - Operations

Responsibilities

• Maintain automotive testing equipment and mechanical rigs.
• Accurately record and organize test data.
• Troubleshoot and adjust tests to meet precise specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document it.
• Clearly communicate issues to teammates and engineers.
• Work on a consistent off-shift schedule with no rotation.
• Learn continuously and assist in training others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with mechanical experience or strong hands-on skills (training provided).
• Comfortable using tools, diagnostics, and technical data.
• Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
• Prior education in automotive, mechanical, industrial, or trade fields is preferred.
