Mechanical Technician
About the role
Join our fast-growing team as a Semiconductor Technician in Chandler, AZ! In this role, you will support the manufacturing and testing of semiconductor devices on the 1st shift. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow in the thriving semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain semiconductor fabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Perform routine inspections, data collection, and basic troubleshooting of tools and wafers
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of materials and results
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- An associates degree or technical diploma in electronics or related field preferred
- Previous experience in semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing environment preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work 1st shift (typically 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday–Friday)
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to wear a cleanroom suit and work in a controlled environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Competitive hourly rate: $24.50/hour
