Mechanical Technical Trainer
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Learn more by visiting our consumer products homepage." maybe not needed. Also remove "If you have questions, please speak to your recruiter..." etc. Also remove "At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs..." maybe not needed? It's part of description but not a section; we can keep as prose under About the role? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the content but format into sections. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The first paragraph after job title: "Your Job Georgia-Pacific’s Consumer Products Division is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Trainer for our Paper Mill in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The Mechanical Technical Trainer develops and delivers maintenance-focused training that equips employees with the technical knowledge and practical skills needed to safely maintain, troubleshoot, and improve mill equipment reliability. Also "Our Team For over 50 years, the Muskogee Paper Mill has been a major part of the economic lifeblood of the region. With more than 750 employees, across more than 600 acres, Muskogee strives to lead the tissue, towel, and napkin business. Our team recently invested more than $50 million to grow our brands and continue to serve our loyal consumers with the great quality they have come to expect." That could be About the role or maybe separate "About the team". But we only have allowed headings; we can put that under About the role. - Responsibilities: The bullet list under "What You Will Do". Items start with "Mentor team members and advance PBM® in ways that are consistent with our Values." etc. We'll list each as

Pay:Pay
Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
We should not include Schedule. Check for any duplicated lines: we removed EEO etc. Check if any content missed: "Our Team For over 50 years..." we included. "Learn more by visiting our consumer products homepage." removed. "If you have questions, please speak to your recruiter about the flexibility and detail of our compensation philosophy." we omitted; maybe it's part of Pay? Could add to Pay but it's about asking recruiter. Might be considered application instruction? It's not exactly application instruction but it's a directive to speak to recruiter. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: remove application instructions. This is not exactly application instruction but it's a recruiter contact. Might be safe to keep? However it's not substantive about the role. I'd lean to omit as it's not essential detail. The Pay section already covers compensation philosophy; we could add that sentence but it's more about contacting recruiter. I'd omit to keep clean. Also "If you have questions on what benefits apply to you, please speak to your recruiter." we omitted from Benefits; could add but it's similar. Might be considered application instruction. Safer to omit. Also "Equal Opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status. Except where prohibited by state law, some offers of employment are conditioned upon successfully passing a drug test. This employer uses E-Verify. Please click here for additional information." removed. Also "At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs. This means we openly challenge the status quo, find new ways to create value and get rewarded for our individual contributions." This is a statement about culture; we could include under About the role maybe. It's substantive about company values. Could add to About the role paragraph. Let's incorporate. Add after Koch company description: "At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs. This means we openly challenge the status quo, find new ways to create value and get rewarded
