Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver practical AI training, including workshops, labs, demos, and office hours.
- Develop and maintain role-based learning paths, reusable prompts, templates, and examples tailored to specific workflows.
- Test AI tools, prompts, and workflows to analyze behavior, failure modes, and the application of guardrails.
- Partner with eTech and Talent Development to convert AI concepts into concrete use cases and training scenarios.
- Maintain enterprise-wide awareness of AI training and enablement resources.
- Facilitate social learning spaces (e.g., office hours, internal channels) for peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
- Solicit and act on feedback to continuously improve content, examples, and learning experiences.
Education and Experience
- Experience: 5–8 years in AI/ML, data/analytics, software engineering, technical enablement, developer relations, or technical training.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI; proficiency in prompt engineering, workflow design, and debugging.
- Teaching Abilities: Proven track record of facilitating training (labs, workshops) and translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Key Knowledge & Abilities
- Deep practical understanding of LLMs, including design, testing, and debugging of prompts.
- Ability to simplify complex technical ideas into actionable exercises.
- Skilled facilitation for both technical and non-technical groups.
- Capacity to identify AI edge cases, limitations, and risks responsibly.
Compensation & Benefits
- The compensation range reflects the On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and target bonus, and may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
