Mechanical Supervisor

The Role We are hiring two Mechanical Site Supervisors to support delivery of a large-scale data center project - one specializing in Cooling Water Piping (CWP) and one in Plumbing systems. These roles are responsible for supervising site installation works, ensuring compliance with design, safety, quality, and schedule requirements in a fast-paced, high-performance construction environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day mechanical installation works on siteCoordinate subcontractors and ensure work is executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and method statementsOversee installation of systems based on specialization:CWP Role: chilled water systems, pipework, valves, pumps, supports, and pressure testingPlumbing Role: domestic water, drainage, sanitary systems, and associated infrastructureEnsure compliance with QA/QC standards, inspections, and ITPsMonitor progress and support project schedule and milestonesIdentify and resolve technical and coordination issues on siteEnsure strict adherence to health & safety requirements and safe systems of workLiaise with QA/QC, design, and commissioning teamsSupport testing & commissioning activities, including flushing, pressure testing, and system handoverMaintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress tracking Requirements Relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent5+ years of experience in mechanical site supervision within construction projectsProven experience in either:Cooling Water / HVAC piping systems (CWP), orPlumbing systems in large-scale projectsExperience in data center or mission-critical environments is highly preferredStrong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematicsKnowledge of installation standards and best practicesExperience coordinating multiple subcontractors on siteStrong focus on safety, quality, and productivityGood communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Previous experience on hyperscale data center projectsFamiliarity with testing & commissioning processesKnowledge of relevant standards Experience working in fast-track, multi-contractor project environments What We Offer Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-profile data center constructionCompetitive compensationDynamic, site-driven work environment
