Description Mechanical Superintendent Abilene, TX-Phoenix, AZ-Denver, CO-Cheyenne, WY $110,000 to $165,000/year + Annual Incentive Bonus Eligibility We are looking to fill the following positions within Piping, Plumbing and Sheet Metal trades: Operations Superintendent General Superintendent Project Superintendent Lead The Field. What You'll Lead Own field execution from preconstruction and mobilization through commissioning and turnoverTurn project strategy into action across labor, schedule, materials, equipment, and subcontractorsLead and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and high-performing craft teamsPartner with Project Management and Operations to solve problems before they impact the fieldLeverage prefabrication, technology, and planning to improve productivity and executionSet the standard for safety, quality, accountability, and craftsmanshipBuild trusted relationships with customers, GCs, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners What You Bring 7-10+ years of progressive mechanical, plumbing, piping, sheet metal or industrial construction experienceProven success leading complex projects, multiple crews, and field leadersDeep expertise in labor planning, scheduling, productivity, quality, cost, and project executionStrong judgment and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environmentsA track record of developing people and building accountable teams Why Build Your Career at RK Build bigger.
