Summary/Objective

Essential Functions

  • Develop positive, successful relationships with customers, owners, and property management decision makers
  • Enhance business development through cold calling, prospecting, and heavy networking
  • Sell heating and cooling system preventive maintenance packages and service agreements to commercial and industrial clients
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
  • Handle workload under deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
  • Manage customer accounts, relationships, and exceed customer expectations to ensure secured sales performance
  • Increase market penetration in local businesses by developing and securing new relationships and customers
  • Facilitate a team selling approach and ensure support resources are in place to develop business
  • Analyze the market and current business performance
  • Partner with Service Sales team to maximize local territory account management consistent with ACI's strategic direction
  • Evaluate local performance in customer satisfaction and provide leadership for performance enhancement and proactive resolution of issues

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferably in a construction environment)
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of Commercial HVAC/mechanical and energy conservation
  • Able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail, and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Able to pass post-offer pre-employment drug screen, and may be required to satisfactorily complete additional background checks as required (i.e. DMV, criminal history)
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Available to work assigned schedules

Preferred

  • Prior military experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
