About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing various mechanical equipment and systems in a manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues using technical knowledge and tools.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and comply with OSHA regulations.
- Document all work performed and communicate findings to relevant personnel.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in mechanical repair or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
Skills
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems.
