Activities

  • Ensure HSE compliance by enforcing TotalEnergies’ health, safety, and environmental standards across all activities
  • Implement and manage the project QA/QC plan, ensuring adherence throughout construction
  • Perform electrical quality inspections using digital tools (e.g., Vyn system)
  • Oversee equipment receiving inspections, including transformers and inverter/transformer skids
  • Identify, track, and resolve non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Verify contractor work and documentation in accordance with contractual requirements
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and technical specifications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with construction, procurement, and engineering teams
  • Cross-coordinate with third-party engineers to validate installation quality and performance
  • Track, maintain, and report QA/QC documentation and metrics
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement through development of internal standards and procedures
  • Act as the electrical subject matter expert, supporting technical decision-making and issue resolution
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates on quality performance and key issues

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience, including construction and photovoltaic (PV) projects
  • Experience on utility-scale renewable energy projects required
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installations within renewable energy projects
  • Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and QA/QC processes
  • Experience reviewing contractor work, technical documentation, and design drawings
  • Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
