About the role
Hyg Séc Sureté Sociét Env Qual expertise is required for this position. The role involves managing safety protocols, environmental compliance, and quality assurance within the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Monitor and enforce environmental regulations to maintain compliance
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure product and service standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety, environmental, and quality issues
- Train and mentor team members on safety, environmental, and quality practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in safety, environmental, and quality management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, environmental science)
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in renewable energy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English
