Location: Austin, Texas
Responsibilities
- Jobsite documentation (RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, submittals, etc.)
- Manage jobsite logistics such as office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork
- Coordinate deliveries of equipment and material
- Assemble estimates and budgets
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Attend project meetings
- Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts
- Update project schedules
- Craft productivity tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in procurement, construction, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, project management, or related industries.
- Experience supporting commercial construction, industrial construction, mission-critical facilities, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, or data center projects.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, HVAC, plumbing, fabricated assemblies, or construction materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and construction drawings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
