Why This Role $100K$130K base salaryFull benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)Stable pipeline of commercial projectsCollaborative, team-focused environmentOpportunity for growth into senior leadership What Youll Do Manage commerical HVAC construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutCoordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on trackDevelop and manage project schedules, manpower, and production goalsReview drawings, specs, and submittals to ensure accurate installationTrack budgets, job costs, and forecasts; identify and address variances earlyHandle RFIs, change orders, and project documentationLead project meetings and communicate updates with clients and internal teamsEnsure work is completed safely, on time, and to code What Were Looking For 35+ years of HVAC or MEP construction project management leadership experienceStrong understanding of mechanical systems, installation methods, and jobsite coordinationExperience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractorsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software Preferred Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldOSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain) Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
