Mechanical Project Manager

What You'll Do

Lead all phases of mechanical construction projects
Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
Develop, update, and maintain project schedules
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract documentation
Oversee procurement and material planning
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and project partners
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures
Support project teams while driving successful project execution

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial mechanical construction projects
• Proven background with large-scale HVAC and plumbing systems
• Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with scheduling software and project management platforms
• Able to lead teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
