Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, inspectors, and field teams, you'll ensure work is completed according to schedule, budget, quality standards, and code requirements. You'll play a critical role in workforce development, customer satisfaction, productivity, and project execution while helping build the next generation of skilled craft professionals. What You'll Lead Direct and supervise daily field operations and crew activitiesProvide practical and technical leadership for all assigned project workCoordinate and oversee onsite activities of RK field personnel and subcontractorsDevelop and execute a project "Master Plan" to support successful project deliveryManage daily and weekly work schedules to maintain project milestonesExecute, supervise, and maintain project planning initiativesEnsure projects are completed on schedule and within budget expectationsMaintain high standards of quality craftsmanship across all installationsCoordinate material, tool, and equipment requisitions to support field operationsEnsure compliance with all applicable codes, specifications, and project requirementsMaintain proper workforce utilization and support employee development effortsAssist with project planning and coordination alongside Project Management and Supervision teamsSupport conflict resolution and address field-related challenges proactivelyPartner with Corporate Safety personnel to maintain a safe and compliant work environmentServe as a customer liaison and help maintain positive project relationshipsMonitor productivity, workmanship, quality, and project performanceLead by example and support workforce development through training, mentoring, and coachingPerform additional duties as assigned What You Bring Proven experience leading field crews on commercial, industrial, or mechanical construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, installation practices, and code requirementsDemonstrated leadership and team development abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of project scheduling, labor coordination, and field productivityAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environmentStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfactionWorking knowledge of construction tools, equipment, materials, and installation methodsAbility to make sound decisions and provide effective field leadershipFor plumbing-focused projects, a Journeyman Plumber License may be required Why Build Your Career at RK Lead meaningful projects.
