Project Foreman Sheet Metal

Description

RK Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Foreman – Sheet Metal to oversee sheet metal installation projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include providing practical and technical direction, overseeing schedules, coordinating crew activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and managing projects within budget.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work within the project budget
• Ensure quality craftsmanship on all mechanical system installations
• Develop 'Master Plan' approach for project
• Execute, supervise, and maintain CPMI schedules
• Manage material, tool, and equipment requisitions
• Maintain proper journeyman to apprentice ratio
• Adhere to code compliance
• Resolve conflicts
• Aid Corporate Safety Managers as needed
• Assist in customer satisfaction and public relations

Accountability

• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Implement and maintain safety and health systems practices
• Participate in team under general supervision
• Supervise and guide crews

Minimum Physical Requirements

• Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy, and hazardous areas
• Work in high places, tight places, confined spaces, and adverse locations
• Climb, balance, squat, kneel, and crouch
• Work in all types of weather
• Knowledge of all trade materials and tools
• Ability to lift and carry 51 to 75 lbs. occasionally, and/or 31 to 45 lbs. frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 16 to 22 lbs. constantly
