Mechanical Maintenance Technician

High school diploma or equivalent.

• Read and interpret blueprints as they relate to the mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems of the buildings.

Valid Illinois driver’s license.

• Two years experience in repair and installation of HVAC , electrical and plumbing equipment, including hot water boilers, centrifugal chillers, pumps, water treatment and pneumatic and digital controls.
• Possess Universal Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check, drug-screen, physical, and functional capacity exam.
