About the role
The Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing various mechanical systems within a manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in production equipment
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in mechanical maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
Skills
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Basic plumbing knowledge
