Main Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment Diagnose failures and ensure their quick and effective resolution Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment Contribute to continuous improvement in terms of safety, productivity, and equipment sustainability Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to ensure optimal equipment performance Document all interventions in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Skills Good knowledge of industrial equipment (fixed and mobile) Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical schematics Strong knowledge of diagnostic techniques and preventive/corrective maintenance Awareness of industrial safety standards Attention to detail Team spirit Autonomy Responsiveness and adaptability Profile Education: Bac+2/3 in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally in industrial environments (mining, cement, heavy industry, etc.) Mobility: Willingness to work across sites in the South-East and Eastern regions For further information about Managem Group, please visit our official website: www.managemgroup.com
