Our operations control center in Houston monitors over 89,000 data points to ensure reliable and efficient supply networks. Responsibilities
- Maintain steam, water and chemical process equipment
- Install and/or modify processing equipment
- Repair and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment associated with processing equipment
- Aid in promoting safety and organization in the maintenance department
- Continuously review and update work instructions
- Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment
- Recommend preventative maintenance intervals based on repair data
- Support the Preventative Maintenance Program and Monitoring and Measuring Devices Program
- Identify opportunities for improvement by observing mechanical devices in operation
- Dismantle machinery and remove/replace defective parts
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Recommend spare parts inventory levels
- Manage purchase requisitions for needed parts
- Perform component rebuilds and calibrations
- Understand and follow the process flow within processing equipment
- Follow valid leak checks
- Follow all work instructions and safety protocols
- Organize and sort information using available computer software
- Engage in and grow through all assigned training
- Contribute to the site's emergency response, safety policies, and adhere to local, state, and federal environmental regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and work order management
- Fitness for duty, including ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
- Ability to work in non-conditioned environments for extended periods
- Valid employment authorization in the U.S. and not eligible for non-immigrant visa sponsorship
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical skills and certifications preferred
- Millwright experience is a plus
- Maintenance background is desirable
Skills
Preferred qualifications include small crane operations certifications and millwright experience.

Pay and Schedule
The pay for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience. The schedule is typically 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
