Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, and testing software solutions for client projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure the team remains competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in software development.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins.
- Knowledge of database design and SQL.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
