About the role

Responsible for leading a team of software developers in developing innovative solutions for client projects. Requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, and testing software solutions for client projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure the team remains competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in software development.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of database design and SQL.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of software development best practices and quality assurance processes.
