Mechanical Layout (Plumbing Focus)

Key Responsibilities

• Build sub-assemblies associated with fluid management systems on Solstice platforms
• Position and install valves and pumps within system layouts
• Bend, route, and install PFA tubing per engineered fluid flow specifications
• Install pneumatic lines to and from pneumatic valves
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, schematics, and P&ID diagrams
• Provide weekly progress updates to the Production Manager
• Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities for tools and processes
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and production timelines

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building or assembling mechanical systems
• Experience in plumbing, mechanical assembly, or a related trade (transferable skills welcome)
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics (including P&IDs preferred)
• Familiarity with fluid flow systems and mechanical layouts
• Strong hands-on skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Good organizational and time management skills

• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments
