Mechanical Journeyperson (Tool and Die)

About the Role

The Tool and Die Journeyperson works independently to maintain, repair, and fabricate industrial machinery, robotic, and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
• Maintain and repair mechanical and hydraulic parts on industrial equipment.
• Assemble, fabricate, and troubleshoot piping and machinery systems.
• Operate mobile equipment and CNC machines.
• Verify product quality by precise measurements and inspections.
• Read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Work with various tools and equipment, including mobile lifts.

Requirements

• At least six years of related experience or a relevant trade certification.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and working in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, operating tools, and understanding safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass assessments, drug tests, and background checks.
