About the role

Responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate cost projections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accuracy of cost projections
• Review and analyze project specifications to determine material and labor costs
• Communicate with clients to discuss budget constraints and alternative solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends and pricing data to provide competitive estimates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Experience working with project management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
