About the role
As a Mechanical Engineering Technologist, you will play a crucial role in our Wilmington branch, supporting engineering and manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with engineers and designers to develop and implement mechanical systems and components.
- Conducting tests, analyzing data, and preparing reports to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Assisting in the creation of detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Supporting the assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in a mechanical engineering technologist role or similar.
- A strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes (an asset).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay
The starting annual salary range for this role is from $45,000 to $65,000 USD depending on experience and qualifications (inclusive of base salary and performance incentive).
Schedule
This role is available on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).
