Requirements
- Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field
- Excellent computer skills
- Self-motivated
- Good communicator
- Willing to take on daily challenges
- AutoCad, Solid Works, or equivalent drafting experience
Responsibilities
- Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild mining equipment components
- Perform detailed inspections on mechanical parts
- Be familiar with micrometers, torque wrenches, etc.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Operate shop equipment to assist in repair
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- See a project through from start to finish (designing, assembly, completion)
