Mechanical Engineer - Quality Assurance

Position Responsibilities

• Perform checks on pre/post-processing results on Codeware products.
• Automate testing procedures for all product capabilities and conduct regression tests to ensure compatibility between different versions of the software.
• Set up test cases for all computed results.
• Determine the root cause(s) of any issues found and collaborate with the Development Team to resolve these issues before software releases.
• Help expand the automated testing suite.

Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Experience with ASME pressure vessel, heat exchangers, piping, or storage tanks (asset).
• Quality assurance experience (asset).
• Programming experience (asset).
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
