About the role

• Aligned with 1 to 3 concurrent prototype project teams assisting with design, build, or test phases.
• Troubleshoot equipment, track prototype inventory, and provide logistics support.
• Enable prototype delivery for high-velocity and high-priority projects while working safely and efficiently.
• Engage with partner team engineers to develop best practices for prototype designs and manufacturing.
• Support partner engineering teams with rapid design, analysis, and prototype manufacturing of electrified machines and systems.
• Operate and maintain prototyping machinery including 3D printers, CNC cutting/milling/welding, and electrical cable/harness fabrication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience.
• Preferred degree: ME, EE, Software Controls, or Industrial Engineering.
• Open to 2-year degree with 9 years of experience in an applicable technical area.
• Master’s degree requires 5 years of experience.
