Mechanical Drafter-PLM

We are seeking a Mechanical Drafter with strong PLM experience to support the integration of engineering designs into their product lifecycle management (PLM) system (Duro).

Responsibilities

• Manage and upload engineering designs into the PLM system (Duro).
• Ensure designs are properly formatted and organized for manufacturing.
• Support revision control and product lifecycle processes.
• Modify existing designs to meet PLM requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to transition designs into production-ready documentation.
• Act as a key interface between engineering and manufacturing.

Requirements

• Design and mechanical drafting experience.
• Proficiency in Solidworks and CAD.
• Direct experience with Duro PLM or similar PLM/PDM systems is highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of drafting/design experience.
• Strong understanding of revision control and product lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with CAD files and engineering documentation.

Skills

• Experience with Duro PLM is highly preferred.
• Experience transitioning designs into manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to multiple PLM systems, indicating adaptability.

Schedule

• Onsite work from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for overtime.
• PTO during the shutdown week from December 26th to 31st.
• 10 paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Election Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $65.00/hr.
