Key Responsibilities
- Develop equipment mechanical designs, concepts, and detailed drawings with a focus on innovation, constructability, and operational efficiency.
- Use SolidWorks to produce detailed 2D and 3D models; familiarity with Tekla, Inventor, AutoCAD, .ifc, and NC file exports is a plus.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, fabricators, and stakeholders to capture project requirements and deliver robust design solutions.
- Assist in feasibility studies, simulations, and validation testing to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with quality standards.
- Support opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and design standardization.
- Support prototype development and production efforts, including hands-on troubleshooting and technical resolution.
- Follow established design standards and contribute to maintaining consistency across projects.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional innovation initiatives.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies, design trends, manufacturing methods, and industry best practices.
- Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and internal quality policies (e.g., ASME, ANSI, ISO).
Requirements

Qualifications
Preferred:
