Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain attribute schemas, naming conventions, and classification standards (including 3D classification)
- Ensure metadata completeness and alignment with APQP program phases
- Enforce data quality, lifecycle control, and governance best practices
- Curate and maintain: Standard parts libraries, Supplier and purchased components, CAD and drawing templates, Knowledgeware catalogs
- Manage version control, revisions, baselines, and lifecycle states
- Support engineering change processes (ECR/ECO) with traceability and impact analysis
- Maintain alignment across: EBOM ↔ MBOM, Vehicle variants and configurations
- Maintain effectivity controls for product variants and series
- Perform UAT and regression testing
- Validate data integrity, classification, and indexing
- Maintain workflows for release, maturity states, and lifecycle management
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with: Microsoft Excel, Word, and data handling tools
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organization
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with: Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA
- Understanding of PLM concepts: Lifecycle management, ECR/ECO processes, EBOM/MBOM structure, Variant/configuration management
- Familiarity with CAD tools: CATIA, NX, SolidWorks
- Experience in: Automotive or manufacturing environments, Data/library management
Education & Experience
- Associate's Degree in: Engineering, Information Systems, Library Science, or related field
- 2+ years of related experience preferred (PLM, data management, or library systems)
