Mechanical Designer
About the role
The Designer/Drafter role in the New Product Development team focuses on transforming initial concepts into fully realized, manufacturable product designs. You will collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional partners to guide new products from early idea through prototype, pilot, and release to production. You will create accurate, well-structured design documentation that meets industry standards and internal requirements, directly influencing product performance, manufacturability, cost, and overall project success.
