Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer - CAD Location: OakBrook Terrace, IL Permanent/Direct Hire, Onsite Pay range: $85,000 - $125,000 This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys owning projects from concept through construction and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.The projects are small and move quickly. Ranging from 2,000 SF to 50,000 SF small tenant buildouts, commercial, retail, and manufacturing facilities, with schedules that can range from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on project scope and complexity. Responsibilities:Knowledge of HVAC EngineeringCode ReviewExperience with:HVAC Load calculationsDuctwork distributionEquipment SelectionSpecificationsSite surveyShop drawing review QUALIFICATIONS:Experience: 5 years +B.S.
