Mechanical Assembly Technician I (Entry Level)

About the role
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has mechanical aptitude, and wants to build a long-term career in advanced manufacturing. You'll help build custom vacuum and leak testing systems used by companies such as NASA, SpaceX, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Apple.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools
- Follow work instructions and assembly drawings
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Work with team members to complete customer projects
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred but not required: manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, automotive, military, construction, or other hands-on experience; trade school or technical training.

Pay
Starting pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule
Flexible work schedule with participation in our 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off).
