About the role
Assemble ruggedized mechanical enclosures, sub-assemblies, and system cabinets for defense applications in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Operate hand and power tools
- Install wiring and hardware
- Conduct visual quality inspections
- Operate shop equipment such as press brakes and forklifts
- Train and supervise assembly staff
- Coordinate workflow and safety
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
Requirements
- 1–4 years of mechanical assembly experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical training or an associate’s degree preferred
- U.S. citizenship may be required due to export control regulations
