About the role
The Mechanical and Plumbing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical and plumbing projects within a construction site.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Manage project risks and issues
- Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical and plumbing project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
