Mechanical and Plumbing Project Manager

About the role

Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. As a Mechanical and Plumbing Project Manager you will lead multi‑million‑dollar projects, mentor a team of Project Engineers, and drive results that matter.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple mechanical and plumbing construction projects, from kickoff to close‑out.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Project Engineers.
• Review contracts, create budgets, develop schedules, and drive timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Work with field teams to ensure quality, compliance, and safety.
• Build strong client relationships and represent CES in a business development capacity.
• Spearhead change orders, procurement, billing, and more while keeping the big picture in focus.

Requirements

• 5+ years in mechanical construction project management; 2.5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical piping.

Skills

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A drive to mentor others and elevate team performance.

Qualifications

• Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• A valid Florida driver's license (and insurability).
