Responsibilities
- Process all work orders for customer repairs, as well as servicing/repairing equipment.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment & tools.
- Complete all warranty paperwork in a timely manner.
- Communicate special order parts for all work orders.
- Complete service work in a timely manner.
- Keep work areas clean & organized.
- Provide a safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- May be required to cross-train and perform other duties.
- Ability to participate in the equipment sales process is highly desired.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Able to stand for an extended period of time
- Able to walk, reach, climb ladders, and bend to perform job duties
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
