General Duties/Responsibilities

- Responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and computerized issues - Accurately update and maintain all insert operations equipment including Pitney Bowes EPIC, MPS, MSE & Pulse insert machines - May be asked to assist with maintaining print, cutting and folding equipment - Work with the team to assure all equipment is working properly at all times - Follow a routine maintenance schedule and assigned responsibilities - Determine and prioritize issues with equipment and ensure all tasks are addressed

Education/Experience

- 1-year experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician – Mechanic with the ability to demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills. - Has worked on intelligent machinery with a proven track record of success diagnosing and repairing reported machine problems and outages - Previous Mail Delivery Industry experience preferred - Can demonstrate the ability to work with and fit into a team setting. - Self-starter and fast learner. - Ability to apply what you have learned during training quickly - Work without direct supervision. - Work under tight deadlines. - Have the ability to lift items and components up to 50 lbs - Flexibility

Physical Demands

Regularly required to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time, bending at the waist and knees.
