Mechanic II

About the role

Your local Bi-Mart is looking for an outstanding individual to join the logistics team. Bi-Mart has been a part of the Northwest for over 70 years, offering real values every day on name brand products and serving generations of Northwest families with honest values.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain company gas vehicles, diesel tractor trailers, and lift trucks to meet OSHA and DOT regulations
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair brakes, air systems, electrical, suspension, air conditioning, etc.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and transmissions
• Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors, the traffic department, and others to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed timely and correctly
• Prepare repair orders and inspection forms
• Aid in other duties and functions as directed by management

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mechanic required

Pay and Schedule

• $30.50 - $33.25 / per hour
• Bi-weekly / On-Demand
