This is a full-time position with benefits. The salary range for this position is $40,352.00 - $53,248.00. Apply in Room 201, Gadsden City Hall 90 Broad Street between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday or you may submit your application to Karen Dixon at kdixon@cityofgadsden.com. Applications will be accepted until job is filled. Special Requirements: CDL Required. Testing of general knowledge of position may be done during interview. Purpose Of Position The purpose of this position is to service and maintain the City’s heavy equipment, trucks and vehicles. Duties include, but are not limited to: repairing and maintaining the City’s fleet of vehicles, making on-road service call, providing basic tune-ups and performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
